The location was nice and absolutely perfect for Skegness, adjacent to an excellent looking golf course, restaurant, and the Clock Tower. The hotel was at the end of the road, as I expected.
The staff were not particularly welcoming, didn't expect that coming.

Quiet and perfect location just next door to an excellent looking golf course and the Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, shops and the resteraunt; easy check-in. Also, near to centre.
